Level 1 Performance Excellence for Front-Line Leaders
This five module leadership program focuses on personal skills for individuals working on the front line in technical and staff roles, those preparing for work unit or team leader roles, and for individuals in management roles who want to enhance leadership capability. The series focuses on communication skills, building relationships, problem-solving, dealing with stress and change and developing career plans. Select the modules that your leaders require or offer the entire program.

Level 2: Success Skills for Supervisors
This foundation series in leadership for those in management roles has five one day modules. It focuses on the key role managers play in achieving company goals through motivating and directing others. Workshops apply solid practices in motivation and human dynamics to the planning of work, assessing and developing employee skills, monitoring and coaching performance, and providing recognition and discipline. Select the modules that address your supervisor’s needs or deliver the entire program.

Level 3: High Performance Management and Leadership
This series for middle and senior managers focuses on their important role of guiding the organization to high performance success. Skills developed enable leaders to set direction, align people, process, systems and technology for profitability and success. Topics covered include the ability to influence and lead change, develop team productivity, and create a work environment where motivation, learning and productivity are the norm.
