Policies and Procedures 

We will work with you to write policies and procedures for any aspect of your operations that are easy to read, understand and implement by the target audience (executive/management, administration, front line and partners). 

Working with you we will:

  1. Identify your strategic policy requirements and develop a framework.
  2. Assess current policies and procedures to identify gaps/issues.
  3. Identify operating requirements which the policies and procedures must be consistent with and/or implement.
  4. Provide best practices, research policy/procedure options, and prepare documentation for board/executive/management decision-making.
  5. Facilitate employee input into the development of policies/procedures.
  6. Facilitate the writing of and/or draft policies.
  7. Facilitate the design and documentation of improved processes (what the organization must do) and writing the associated procedures (how to do this) to implement policies. These may include the implementation of new enterprise-wide information systems/software.
  8. Design and write on-line information, manuals and training materials.
  9. Provide training and resource materials, which include tools and techniques to help clients systematically, develop and write policies and procedures
