Training Evaluation

Training systems should produce measurable results for your organization. To answer the question, “Is this training making a difference?” you will need measurable goals and evaluation tools. We will ensure that the design of your training includes measureable goals.  We also will work with you to identify necessary questions that need answering and develop an evaluation model to answer these questions.  We will also provide resource support in initiating evaluation activities.

We will:

  1. Write measurable goals as part of the design of training or use the objectives/issues defined at the time of a past design as the foundation for evaluation activities.
  2. Research and determine what needs to be measured answering “what, how, why, when, who” questions.
  3. Develop the evaluation model: Identify and describe evaluation process, define evaluation and management roles, design methods and procedures to collect and analyze data, and develop tools for data collection and reporting.
  4. Align the information-getting with existing systems to ensure evaluation activities use resources efficiently.
  5. Train people involved in assessment and evaluation activities.
  6. Provide resources for evaluation activities.
