Performance Management
Performance management is a process that aligns what employees do and how they do it with the results required of the business. Performance management includes setting expectations, assessing development needs, monitoring performance, providing coaching and feedback and summarizing progress. As an administrative process, Performance Management is the reporting and recording of these interactions. We will assist you in designing, developing and providing training in performance management processes and behaviours and creating tools that increase the performance of your staff and organization.
Working with you on what you need, we will:

Conduct an assessment of the effectiveness of your current performance management processes and system.

Define the goals and philosophical orientation of the performance management system. (results based, development focused, competency based, aligned with compensation, employee driven, management driven, etc.)

Determine the process and schedule for performance management activities (i.e. planning, monitoring, reviewing and documenting) that aligns with business planning and HR management processes.

Define and document methods and procedures for performance development activities developing guides for supervisors and employees.

Define performance rewards and how they will be allocated.

Provide support in communication activities (information packages, memos, focus groups, presentations, training, etc.)

Design and deliver training on your existing or newly designed system.
