Performance Pathways
Performance Pathways specializes in working with organizations to design and implement wellness strategies that support their business objectives. These strategies encompass health promotion programs and organizational actions that will identify and address stressors to reduce illness related costs. The actions address stressors in the company’s physical environment, its social culture and with the employees’ own health practices both on and off the job.
Pat Fryers, founder of Performance Pathways, views wellness or health promotion as a joint investment between the company and its employees. Given the amount of time people spend in their workplace, an organization has a tremendous influence on employees’ health and well-being, including the employee’s family or support system. With wellness as the line of sight, the organization’s vision becomes attainable.
Pat has over 20 years of experience working in the health promotion field in government, the not for profit and private sectors. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education and a Masters degree in Adult Education.
