Pat Fryers, B.P.E., M.Ed

Pat.jpgPat is a Learning and Workplace Wellness facilitator and consultant.  She has been custom designing and facilitating training courses and programs in a number of different fields for over 30 years.  These include recreation, government and post secondary institutions as well as industries such as transportation, oil and gas, agriculture and health care.  Her current focus is the design, development and facilitation of front-line supervisory training.  She is a certified instructor for Keyano College’s health promotion course for shift workers called “Shifting to Wellness©’ which she has delivered over 30 times.

Pat is also a certified facilitator of the “Myers-Briggs Personality Indicator”© (MBTI) instrument, the most widely researched, enduring, personality indicator used throughout the world and across cultural groups.  She uses the MBTI to work with both individuals and teams to enhance their success through increased self understanding and understanding of others.
