Margaret’s focus is on making learning enjoyable and challenging, respecting individuals and individual differences in all that she does while working towards meeting organizational objectives.

Margaret’s experience includes over twenty five years as a Human Resources professional working in a variety of areas in the public and private sectors. Previous clients include municipal, and provincial and state governments, post-secondary education, health care, oil and gas, telecommunications, small business and agricultural sectors. She has designed and delivered training to a wide variety of audiences.

Margaret holds an MS in Human Resource Economics and a BA in Psychology, both from the University of Utah. Margaret holds the CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) designation. Margaret and her husband Ray are the parents of 2 children.
