Jacquie is a business coach and trainer that specializes in creating effective leaders who lead and contribute to building their organizations.  She does this by applying key leadership principles and processes that enable leaders to realize effective results.  Jacquie supports business leaders to perform as high performance leaders assisting organizations and corporations to reach and exceed their performance goals. Jacquie works with Presidents of companies, ‘C’ levels and managers as an international coach.  She also has experience in working with teams to assist them to apply and live key leadership principles and processes.

Jacquie’s is trained in the area of effective leadership, human development and behaviour, systems strategies and leadership presence.  She is skilled in using effective assessment tools to measure what is currently so within the leader and company and evaluate areas of growth.  Jacquie’s system of leadership training has worked for 6,500 individuals and companies worldwide including Starbucks, Lucent Technologies, Paramount Energy Resouces and numerous other companies which include federal and municipal governments, leadership companies, oil based industry, manufacturing, health services, and the service industry.  Jacquie’s consulting work focuses on coaching and teaching  leaders to have a leadership presence, develop creativity to be executives with endurance , lead for change and build constructive relationships that create positive team facilitation and development.  Assisting leaders to create clear vision, strategies and focused thinking to develop companies that can live through change and be a successful growing company is her specialities.

Jacquie’s experience includes 15 years of consulting, with leaders in leadership development .  As a sought after speaker she has presented workshops with leaders such as Lesra Martin of the famed movie “The Hurricane” and an Oprah Winfrey guest.  Jacquie is also a writer and has recently authored the book “20 Rules for Business Success in the Challenging Days of Business:  Make More Money and Have More Fun” and “The Leaders Training Manual For The New World of Business”.  Jacquie has also written and produced leadership training manuals specialized for the company for training area and branch managers.

Jacquie holds a Bachelors of Social Work degree from the University of Calgary, an Associate Degree from Brigham Young University Ricks and a Coaching certificate from Erickson College.  She is the parent of six children.
